Acknowledging good in your life is important. Most days it’s a simple practise but on the bad days, the heartbreaking days, the ‘I don’t think I can go in days’ it can be a lifesaver.

Choosing gratitude.
Allowing room for the hard stuff but not letting it overwhelm.
All feelings need to be felt but we don’t need to give lots of energy to what doesn’t serve us.
Gratitude is a way to shift out of negativity, despair and heartbreak.

You are strong and resilient. You can face anything. You can remain soft and open. You don’t need to be hard and closed off when facing challenges.
